What’s alive and real for me right now? I felt like I was in the depth of moving through thick energy most of my day.

I went back to bed and slept from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, I had anxiety in my heart and my throat, and felt completely out of sorts.

There gets to be a point where the whole day has almost passed and you’re like, OKAY GOD, let’s shift this because I ain’t hanging with this no more.

Enter in a Shakira dance pool party to change my state, channel through my inner Queen and shift my lensing to see how beautiful and juicy my reality is, and BOOM, I have arrived!

My personal favourite way to shift energy is via invocations that speak directly from my soul.

The truest statement one can make is that words cast spells and we create our future reality with the language we choose.

I’m not going to sugarcoat it, the energy right now has been intense and many people are on the struggle bus right now, and for me, speaking out loud declarations is how I immediately shift and recalibrate.

I am in prayer all day, communing with God by affirming the reality that I am creating, knowing that I am so so deliciously held and supported.
