One of the best things I learned when it came to o

One of the best things I learned when it came to opening up and clearing my channel to connect with galactic beings was to approach it in a playful and excited way.

They are super high dimensional beings that are giggly and playful, who have to lower their frequency to be able to connect with someone on Gaia, & it's that much more difficult for them to connect with super-serious Sally than someone that is expanding their bandwidth of frequency with playfulness to meet them halfway.

About 6 months ago Goddess Isis started coming in hot for me.

Ancient Egyptian codes started to activate in me and I began to remember lifetimes in which I was a Priestess in the Temple of Isis. For weeks, every shamanic journey I did I was taken into her temple to sit on her throne to receive a root chakra healing.

My journeys used to be spent zipping through the cosmos or speaking with elders of the forests, and every time I set the intention to travel there, Goddess Isis had other plans and would take me into the ancient temples of Egypt instead.

Her greatest message for me was to bring me deeper into my body so that I could anchor all of these codes that I was receiving from other realms.

With each energetic clearing in my lower chakras came an uplevel in power, confidence, and clarity.

She weaved her frequencies through my business, my coaching containers, my channeled offerings, my relationships, and even in the bedroom.

The lens that I view my life through has become much more sparkly as a result. Abundance saturates everything.

My ability to create in the physical has completely shapeshifted.

I am able to ground and follow through with my ideas and creative impulses in a more embodied way.

The exchange of giving and receiving has become more fluid.

By being so deeply rooted in my body, I feel supported and held by forces seen and unseen in a way I've never felt before.

I have been able to claim my power and sovereignty in areas of my life that were still very anchored to the 3D realm with grace and ease.

I used to meditate for an hour every single day. A

I used to meditate for an hour every single day. Adding in the time spent in yoga, chanting, saying my decrees, and my other spiritual practices, my entire morning was pretty well spent in ceremony.

You would think I would feel completely blissed out after this right? Wrong.

When it was time for me to step out into the material world and take action on all of the energy shifts I had made, it was like stepping into a dense body that was filled with resistance which resulted in me being crunchy with my moods and feeling disconnected.

My spiritual mornings were spent surrendered into the ocean bliss of the energetic world, but the rest of my day I was kinda like a zombie - I just got what I had to get done in my day but it lacked that FIZZ of life and the juicy flow of the oceanic bliss I was vibing out on in ceremony.

The resistance that I was experiencing to fully grounding my starseed energy into my body was due to the density and traumas I was carrying in my lower chakras. I had learned lifetime after lifetime that it wasn't safe for me to be in my body and to be on this Earthly plane.

The resistance I had finally cracked and my guides and mentors took me through weeks and weeks of clearing out my root & sacral chakra so that my sensitive spirit could feel safe in my body so that I could CLAIM my space and my role here on Earth in this lifetime.

The clearing out of this density allowed my body to hold more light, and as a result, I was able to hold more of my higher self. With this came much more clarity and confidence in claiming the work that I'm here to do, along with a resurrection of childlike wonder.

My spiritual practice of body flow, prayer, and meditation evolved into only an hour of my day, and the rest of my day that oceanic bliss of pleasure and presence naturally infused into it.

I have a new sense of playfulness with myself, my business, my partner, and my life which has activated a new lens of abundance that I see my reality through.

I feel FILLED by spirit AND life. I finally learned how to dance between both realms, being the bridge between Heaven and Earth.

It is my soul purpose at this time to assist starseeds in....⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

*EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT* As a little girl I preferred to spend my time with nature and animals rather than people. Within the natural realm, I felt safe, understood, and belonging.

It didn't take much to shake my sensitive spirit. I found much of the external world to be scary and disturbing. I was riddled with anxiety from a very young age.

I was always escaping through daydreams and my imagination. Little did I know at the time, I was sculpting realities.

Through my teens and early 20's, I escaped through other methods. Whether it be dancing with toxic masculinity, substances, binge-watching tv, or over-exercising, I continued to run the program that my body was not a safe place for me to settle into.

After my spiritual awakening, I let go of most of my toxic self-abandoning mechanisms to replace it with journeying through the cosmos and meditating through the different dimensions.

I could play in the quantum fabric of the Universe all day long, but I still was not being fully present in my body, specifically my lower chakras.

My body felt dense. Though I no longer was experiencing anxiety, it very much carried the deeply embedded stories that it was not safe for me to be here on this Earthly realm, and as a result, much of that which I was planting into the quantum fabric was not manifesting in the physical reality because I was so disconnected from my root.

I had so many beautiful ideas I wanted to channel into my spiritual business but was struggling really following through with them because I always felt depleted and wasn't grounded to fully show up in the way that I knew I had the potential to.

I kept hearing from my higher self that I needed to dig deeper so I could embody her more in order for my soul to carry out her grand mission in the Great Awakening of the Planet.

The activations and healings my Higher self, mentors, and guides have taken me through have very much been focused on assisting my sensitive spirit to feel safe in my body so that I could claim my power and purpose to a whole new level.

The presence that I have had with myself on this journey has brought me to new levels of self-reverence, self-love, manifestation, ... ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇

So many starseeds have all of these beautiful cosmic visions and ideas but when it comes to grounding them down into the physical reality, we miss the mark.

Galactivations? No problem.

Crown chakra tingling when we watch portals open in the colours of the sunset? Just an ordinary Tuesday.

Visualizing the freedom of running a thriving business that we can channel our spiritual gifts into and serve the world? Every time we sit on our meditation pillow.

Actually following through and grounding said vision? Umm.. well, scattered. Swampy in self-doubt and distortions. Declaring, "I'M GOING TO SIT DOWN AND DO IT TODAY but oh hey look at how cute that squirrel is! Archangel Michael is that you?!" I FEEL YOU as I am YOU starseed! I can meditate & journey between realms all day like it's nothing, but the real work for me every day is getting myself into my body so that I can hold and be the light I'm playing with in the energy field.

One of my favourite ways to do this is to sit my root on the roots of my favourite tree (Grandmother tree) and root breathe with her.

I imagine my root has nostrils and when I inhale I breathe energy up through my root and when I exhale I recycle that energy back down. After a few minutes, I feel completely in my body and OPEN to receiving more light.

Starseeds, it's our time to step to the frontlines to do what our soul came here to do, which means rooting down into our body and learning how to dance in harmony between the energetic and physical world.

If you look at the inside of your arms, you can see how much light your body is holding by how crystally, diamondy, shimmery, & luminous your skin is in this area.
The more light you are holding, the more density is transmuted out of your body so you can hold more of your higher self's frequencies.
Our crystalline DNA is activating to support this. We are shifting out of carbon-based DNA to crystalline DNA.
Only 2 out of 12 strands of DNA has been activated in most humans. Those that have been focused and committed to their ascension path may already have 3 or 4 strands of DNA activated.
The other 10 strands have been labeled as "Junk DNA" by scientists (probably to keep us from exploring ;) , but who am I to say? hahah ). More of our spiritual gifts activate as our crystalline DNA comes online.
In order to support our bodies in doing such luminous magical work, we have to be PRESENT IN OUR BODIES.
This is the first lifetime that we can be the full embodiment of our higher selves, which is an incredible GIFT after thousands of years of karmic loops and trauma. (You signed up for this starseed! Last week I hiked barefoot across the forest floor

Last week I hiked barefoot across the forest floor and it was one of the best things I did for myself all week. I was surprised how "taken care of" I felt by Earth receiving me. Somehow my feet managed to miss all of the small sharp rocks and rather squished down in the softness of moss, mud or composting leaves.
Through my 3rd eye I could see Earth lighting up below me with each step as I made my way through the gorges to the waterfall that I would bathe in. Who needs psychedellics when you have an open 3rd eye ;) haha
By the time I reached my destination I was fully grounded and IN my body, that I was able to be in a meditative ceremonial place immediately upon arrival rather than taking some time to settle in and clear my thoughts.
Our Earth star is a portal/chakra that we have about 6 inches below our feet, that is the energy center that we receive HUGE healings, nourishment and grounding frequencies from Gaia through.
There's loads of scientific evidence that shows that walking barefoot on Earth for 20 minutes a day is powerful for grounding our energy field, calming our mind and lowering inflammation.

Much like during a lightning storm in which the bolts of electricity needs a place to ground, so does our body. Our body is a vessel filled with enough energy to power a city. So yeah, we gotta ground, OFTEN.
Gravity is the magnetic pull of Earth's womb. Through the soles of our feet and our Earth star, Earth draws any heaviness and stagnant energies out of our body to support our vessel in being a clear open channel to receive the many light codes showering down on us from the cosmos.
When we are open and clear, we have space to receive the downloads, wisdom and light of our higher self to guide us to do what our soul's are missioned to do at this revolutionary time on the planet.
It's my mission at this time to support future lightworkers in their own healing and revolution so that they can claim the sacred work that they are here to do.
