Today I felt like my younger awkward teenage self

Today I felt like my younger awkward teenage self who felt very uncomfortable within her own body fully surfaced.

My solar plexus and throat chakra was soo constricted.

All of the dancing, movement, tapping, meditation affirmations, & breathing couldn’t shift the energy.

So I had to sit with this tightness in my power center and in my throat. I had a choice, to beat myself up for feeling this way, or to love myself a little bit more in this moment. To love the part of me that felt insecure today.

Because even in that, I am still powerful. I still can channel potent content for my soul tribe on my socials. I still can hold transformational space for my clients.

I am worthy beyond measure, even on the days where I don’t feel it. And this is where our power lies, my dear. To ride the emotional waves but not let them alter our overall perception of self.

It’s a super weird time to be human right now, so there are days where all this old shit & programming will surface and how you hold yourself through it determines everything. I personally have been doing big heavy lifting on clearing generational curses out of family line this past week.

The way we see ourselves is everything when it comes to creating a life aligned with our soul purpose.

You ARE worthy of your next level, and your vision is still coming to fruition even on the days that you feel yuck.

Why? Because your success is inevitable babe, no matter how long it takes, you’re on the right path, and the more you trust that, the more certain you are, the more real it becomes. 🪄💫🚀

Once upon a time a Canadian girl fell in love with

Once upon a time a Canadian girl fell in love with an Irishman and she moved her and her dog across the world to be with him and they lived happily ever after. 🪄💫💖

This is our everyday. Living in a forest next to a lake in the Irish countryside. We both work from home on soul aligned businesses we built from scratch. My husband goes fishing multiple times a week. I go to a horse ranch nearby that I spend lots of joyful time at. We walk Lyla off leash on endless acres of untouched land. & everyday we watch the sunset over the lake.

Being with nature as she transitions into nightfall after a day of creativity & soul service is my fluid shift between the masculine and the feminine.

Evenings are highly sensual, playful and deeply Scorpio, where I am in my full feminine. Insights, activations and clarity are received in this place, and I open up even more to overflow.

Day times are where I bring all of that feminine magnetism that I saturated myself in the night before and infuse it into my work, my clients and my creations. With the sun, I move, I create, I serve, I expand, I am in momentum. Day time is my masculine energy part of the day.

This time connecting with sunset, spent in transition, from sunlight to moonlight, is where I feel my strongest connection to God. This is where conversations with my highest self take place. This is where I fully receive the reality I’ve cocreated. This is where the masculine and the feminine meet, in full unification as one.
