I cringe at the lack of integrity, authenticity and true Service that is happening in this field that has blown up into a full on multi billion dollar industry the last 5 years.

People are getting fucked right up and lost in the huge soup of distortion that is existing in this field.

(❗️trigger warning - trafficking)

When I first stepped into the personal development/self healing world 6 years ago, I was THIRSTY for this knowledge that was changing the way I saw and experienced my life.

I was like a sponge, and very dedicated to leaning in and doing the inner work to heal, to clear out stories that were no longer mine to carry, and love up on my younger maiden self who made a lot of self destructive choices that brought much suffering into her world.

I went from being shy, incredibly critical of myself and not seeing my true value, to confident, outgoing, and lit up on life.

I had many speed bumps along the way, like being targeted by a human trafficking ring being ran out of my resort while I was on vacation in Dominican, an ugly legal battle with an ex, and a move across the world that was rough while recovering from PTSD.

To say I have heavily navigated and swam in the deeply transformative waters of the shadow for the last number of years is an understatement. (Scorpio sun here)

But in all of that, I was still seeking outside of myself for the answers. I was still seeing myself as a never ending project to fix.

I wasn’t giving myself enough time to integrate everything that I was healing and clearing, which had me feeling like I was constantly at battle with myself.

In the last 5 months, I dropped almost all of my healing tools and rituals, and just started to sit in the simplicity that is my soul and the unconditional love that is available to me.

I no longer felt like I needed to be energetically ninja’ing all of these old imprints in my energy field to be able to attain the next level of success, joy and bliss, because honestly, that just wasn’t working anymore.

I was spiritual olympic’d burnt the fuck out.

Letting go of everything I once heavily identified with was super uncomfortable, confusing, and straight up felt like I was dying as all of these old beliefs started to purge out of me, physically, emotionally and energetically.

What I didn’t realize then that I know now, is I was finally integrating in my higher self, my greater light self, my soul self, my God self... who doesn’t need all of these ⬇️

-DIRECT LINE OF COMMUNICATION/GUIDANCE. Your channel is blasty blasted open, that you are consistently receiving insights and can fully lean on and TRUST your inner guidance.

-Seeing life and others through the lens of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE which dissolves out this feeling of separation we tend to feel within the spiritual community from those that aren't on a similar spiritual path.

-feeling like you have finally arrived HOME within yourself after years of heavily navigating and participating in the Spiritual Olympics (non stop healing loops, Insta-Guru's, hours spent in ceremony, sponging up so much spiritual content). There is no longer a need to do all these fancy ceremonies and clearings...just witness, hand it over to God/Spirit, and chill.

The world needs all healers with all hands on deck right now.

The shift in consciousness on the planet has the collective waking up and has a lot of people becoming aware of the healing that they want to make in their life, but many of them can’t do so without support.

The issue is, we have become so tight knit in the spiritual community with all of our fancy language and buzz words (aka codes, templates, quantum leaping etc.), that we aren’t relatable to the mass majority of people.

The masses need simplicity. The masses don’t want to sit in moon circles and past life regressions to discover what makes their soul burn bright and feel connected to something greater than them.

And so in order to serve the masses, many in the spiritual community are going through a refinement of their belief systems to simplify their medicine.

How this shows up is feeling a sense of identity loss as the practices and tools that once felt so good and supportive no longer feel in resonance.

Baby, your ascending. You’re shifting out of the beautiful 4th dimensional realm that we have thoroughly navigated of spiritual teachings and truth seeking theories, and becoming more of your Soul self and the expression of God/Source.

Why? Because Soul is simple. And God is simple.

And the world needs simple.

The world needs your medicine, without all of the glitz and the glamour of the New Age light shows.
